OMNI Community Credit Union recently donated $2,000 to Domestic And Sexual Abuse Services (DASAS) through the “OMNI Gives Back” Grant program. DASAS was selected because of its focus on providing free assistance to the victims of domestic and sexual abuse and their children. The contribution will be specifically used for funding of the Hillmann House, which is a domestic violence shelter.



“It is through the generous donations and grant opportunities from the community, like “OMNI Gives Back,” that DASAS is able to continue its work to end domestic and sexual violence in our community,” said Mary Lynn Falbe, Executive Director of DASAS.  “We thank OMNI for partnering with us to help make our communities safe and to provide needed services to domestic violence and sexual assault victims, survivors and their families.”

OMNI is now taking applications for the third installment of their grant program, and invites all charitable non-profit organizations to apply no later than August 1.
