On February 5, 2025, OMNI'S Digital Banking will be updating their Terms of Use.

OMNI's service provider for Digital Banking is Jack Henry, also known as “Banno”. While the Agreement (Terms of Use) has been updated, please be assured that Digital Banking and the Servicer will remain the same, there will not be any changes to Digital Banking or your device.

FAQs:

Is this Terms of Use document new?

The "OMNI Community Credit Union Digital Banking Agreement And Disclosure" verbiage at the top is new this year.

However, the Jack Henry/Banno Terms of Use is an updated version of the same agreement that all OMNI Digital Banking users agreed to upon their first login and is typically updated at least once a year.

Can I opt-out of this change?

OMNI members cannot opt-out of this change as it is required to agree to the terms of use for Digital Banking. The only way to opt-out of this Agreement would be to discontinue the use of Digital Banking.

Can I receive a copy of the new agreement for review after I've already “accepted” the pop-up disclosure?

Yes, to obtain a copy of the Terms of Use, please complete one of the following:

  1. Navigate to Digital Banking, then Settings, then "User Agreements."
  2. Visit your nearest branch or contact OMNI Community Credit Union.

I have additional questions regarding the legal and technical language - where can I find this?

Please visit your nearest branch or contact OMNI Community Credit Union.

Why does the Agreement state: “The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly waived and excluded?"

This is simply stating that this Agreement is not governed by the 'United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods' (UNCISG). The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (UNCISG) is an international standard created to provide mutually intelligible contractual verbiage which allows companies to come to agreements on common ground, regardless of cultural, legal, and linguistic differences between their home countries. This may apply to companies in any "Contracted State" (meaning part of the UN) and since the U.S. is a Contracting State, Jack Henry (JH)/Banno is making clear that the contractual protections provided by the UNCISG are being waived and excluded.
